All mold boards are designed with maximum breathability and printability in mind. Using zinc shapes on 95% of all products, definition, starch release characterisitics and overall starch wall integrity are accomplished. A mold board that flexes will net poor printing results which is why we use 100% Aircraft Aluminum for your applications.
